Kingspan Kooltherm K10 soffit boards are high-performance rigid insulation boards for concrete soffits, such as the ceilings of apartments, car parks and commercial buildings. With a fibre-free phenolic core, they reach a high R-value in a slim board, so you keep more headroom. Choose the silver foil G2 board for concealed ceilings or the white finish G2W board where the soffit stays exposed. Australian made, with a Group 2 NCC fire classification.
